Boston Long Spice - Barbecue Blend
This is a rub you have to have. The flavor of Boston Long Spice is bold and goes a long way. Named after Boston's Long Wharf, which was the longest wharf in America during colonial times at about 1/3 of a mile in length. The Gardiner Building, built in 1763 and still exists today, is located on Long Wharf and was the location of John Hancock's counting-house.
Our Boston Long Spice will give all your meats that over the top taste. This rub features the deep sweetness of dark brown sugar, blended with the complex smokiness of paprika and a hint of heat with cayenne pepper.
