Boston Spice ships to the 50 US States, US Territories, APO, and FPO addresses.
- For shipments within the US, you can choose between USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, based on your order's weight and destination. *In rare cases, we may opt to use UPS for heavier packages at our discretion.
- Delivery within the continental US typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories may take a few additional days. Please note, we are not responsible for any delivery delays.
- We do not ship outside of the US or it's territories.
- At our discretion some orders might require signature at the time of delivery.
- The delivery times shown at checkout are estimated based on the selected shipping method. Please note that these are only estimates provided by the carrier, and we have no control over them. We cannot guarantee that these times will be accurate, and delivery may take longer than stated.
To ensure the freshness and quality of your order, we blend and package each item shortly before it ships.
Our goal is to ship orders within 1 to 3 business days. We do our best to meet that, but sometimes there are delays. Because each order is prepared fresh, we prioritize quality over speed. Please note that we do not ship on holidays.
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable for reasons outside of Boston Spice’s direct control, including an incorrect address, an unclaimed package at the Post Office, or a refused delivery, we will issue a refund for the spice blend(s) total minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Need your order by a specific date? Please email us what you wish to purchase and your delivery window before placing your order, so we can confirm whether we can meet your delivery timeframe.
