Boston Spice ships to the 50 US States, US Territories, APO, and FPO addresses.

• For shipments within the US, you can choose between USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, based on your order's weight and destination. *In rare cases, we may opt to use UPS for heavier packages at our discretion.
• Delivery within the continental US typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories may take a few additional days. Please note, we are not responsible for any delivery delays.
• We do not ship outside of the US or it's territories.
• At our discretion some orders might require a signature at the time of delivery.

To ensure the freshness and quality of your purchase, we blend and package each order right before it ships. Our goal is to ship within 1 to 3 business days, prioritizing quality over speed. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly. Please note, we do not ship on holidays.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable for any reason outside of Boston Spice’s direct control—including incorrect address, unclaimed package at the Post Office, or refusal—a refund will be issued for the item(s) total minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
