Boston Spice Red Coat Enchiladas

Red Coat was a term used to refer to the British Army because of their red uniforms wore during the American Revolution. There was a myth that the British Army wore red because it would hide any blood. But red was used since it was the cheapest dye to produce and used to color the wool used to make their uniforms. Also, the bright red color helped to prevent injury during battled caused by "friendly fire."
