Mo' Rockin It Moroccan Blend - Poultry, Seafood, Vegetables
In early colonial America, meals were very different from what we know today. There was no meal called “lunch”. Dinner was the biggest meal, which was served midday. This typically was the largest meal of the day, and Supper was the evening meal which was a lighter fare. Regardless of the meal, spices were not easily had. Especially exotic ones that had to travel great distances. To pay tribute to all those great flavors, we decided to pay homage to Moroccan spices. Boston Spice created Mo’ Rockin It as a tribute to all the spices the colonists usually didn’t use. We combine spices like cinnamon, ginger, cloves, brown sugar, and cumin in this zestful blend. Take your poultry, veggies, or fish to a whole new continent, with our Mo’ Rockin It spice.
Ingredients*: brown sugar, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, gingers, cayenne pepper. *rice powder added to reduce caking.
Packaged on equipment that also works with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat. Our facilities store packaged tree nuts, soy, and dairy items in common areas.
