Mayflower - Pork, Poultry, Vegetables, Potatoes
In 1620, the Pilgrims landed their famous ship, Mayflower, in a strange new world now known as, Plymouth Massachusetts. Historians believe they only brought pigs, chickens, and goats with them from England, to establish their farming community.
To honor this voyage and the first animals, we decided to create Mayflower spice. This flavorful blend includes Vermont maple sugar, mesquite powder, paprika, sage, and cinnamon. Mayflower spice will accentuate the flavors of pork and poultry. Don't get left behind and let our spice shove off without you. Jump on board and sail some Mayflower spice onto your food. Be a voyager, try it on ribs, chops, wings, thighs, potatoes, asparagus, and much more.
Ingredients*: brown sugar, garlic salt, maple sugar, salt, chili powder, mesquite powder (maltodextrin, mesquite smoke flavor, silicon dioxide), paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, curry powder, sage. *rice powder added to reduce caking.
