And don't stop there — try it on duck, turkey, and your other fine feathered friends too!

Lightly coat your poultry with oil, then place it into a ziptop bag. Depending on how much meat you are using, toss in a tablespoon or two of our "Make Way For Chickens" spice and shake until everything is well coated. Add more spice if needed.  For a full bird, coat lightly in oil and sprinkle a liberal amount of seasoning all over and also under the skin.   Bake or grill until the internal temperature of 165f is reached.
