Loyalist Blend - Beef, Chicken, Pork, Vegetables
In 1776, not all of the people who lived in the American colonies wanted to break away from Great Britain. These people were known as loyalists. The Seige of Boston ended on March 17, 1776, with General George Washington scaring the British Army out of Boston by placing cannons on top of Dorchester Heights. Many Boston loyalists left America, and some went north to Canada.
To pay tribute to those early colonists who went to Canada, Boston Spice has created its own version of the “Montreal” steak seasoning, but as usual, ours is better!!.
Our "Loyalist Blend" spice combines the flavors of dill weed, garlic, and crushed coriander seed. This spice is a perfect addition to steaks, burgers, pork chops, and chicken. After trying our "Loyalist Blend," you will be ready to evacuate your old spices and join the Boston Spice War On Flavorless Food.
*Lightly oil your beef, pork, or poultry and place it in a large ziptop bag (do not overcrowd). Sprinkle some "Loyalist Blend" into the bag and shake shake shake. Add more Loyalist Blend if you want. Remove your meat from the bag and place it on a wire rack lined pan in your refrigerator for about 1 hour. Then grill, bake, smoke, or pan fry to your liking. HUZZAH!!!!
Ingredients*: salt, coriander seed, black pepper, paprika, garlic, onion, dill, red chili flakes. *rice powder added to reduce caking
