Shipping policy

We utilize USPS for shipping to the 50 United States, APO, FPO, and US Territories. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order and the destination for delivery. You will receive tracking numbers via email once your order is prepared for shipment. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the processing of your order, as our spice blends are freshly mixed and packaged specifically for you. Delivery times within the continental USA typically range from 2 to 5 days, while Alaska and Hawaii may take approximately 5-7 days. It's important to note that we do not guarantee delivery times. In some instances, especially for heavy packages, we may use UPS Ground at our discretion.

Orders returned as undeliverable due to no fault of Boston Spice will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
