Public Garden Roasted Red Potatoes
Serves 4
- 1lb baby red potatoes, quartered
- 3 Tblsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tblsp Public Garden spice
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toss potatoes, oil, and Public Garden spice together in a large bowl. Mix until the potatoes are coated with the spice.
Use a large cookie sheet pan to spread potatoes out in a single layer. Roast for 15 minutes. Turn potatoes over and roast for another 15 minutes, until potatoes are golden brown and crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
