Mo' Rockin It Moroccan Blend - Poultry, Seafood, Vegetables
Meals in early colonial America were significantly different from what we know now. There was no "lunch" meal. Dinner was the main course, and it was served at noon. This was the main meal of the day, while Supper was the lighter evening meal. Spices were scarce, regardless of the food. Especially unusual ones that had to travel long distances.
To honor all of those wonderful flavors, we chose Moroccan spices. Boston Spice invented "Mo' Rockin It" as an homage to all the spices that the colonists rarely used. In this zesty combination, we combine spices like cinnamon, ginger, cloves, brown sugar, and cumin. With our "Mo' Rockin It" spice, you may transport your chicken, vegetables, or fish to another continent.
Ingredients*: brown sugar, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, gingers, cayenne pepper. *rice powder added to reduce caking.
