Boston Spice Make Way For The Chickens Seasoning Blend

Ok,  these are not chickens, but this also works on duck!

Why did the chicken cross the road?

To get covered in the bold flavors of Boston Spice of course!

After all, what is chicken without some spicy bold flavors? Boston Spice's, "Make Way For Chickens," is named after the official children's book of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, "Make Way for Ducklings." This story is about a pair of famous mallards who decide to raise their family on an island lagoon in the Boston Public Garden. Our "Make Way For Chickens" is based on some of the best blended spices you will find. We combined ancho chili pepper, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, oregano, and many other spices for this blend. Use our "Make Way For Chickens" at your next party. Your chicken wings will be happy you did. You will have all your guests crossing the road to get a taste of these epic cluckers. Use it on duck, turkey, and other fowl friends.

Lightly coat your poultry with oil, then place it into a ziptop bag. Depending on how much meat you are using, toss in a tablespoon or two of our "Make Way For Chickens" spice and shake until everything is well coated. Add more spice if needed.  For a full bird, coat lightly in oil and sprinkle a liberal amount of seasoning all over and also under the skin.   Bake or grill until the internal temperature of 180f is reached.
